As an HR & Admin Executive in the Pharma Manufacturing industry located in Kadechur, Yadagir, Karnataka, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources and administration functions at the manufacturing unit level. With 13 years of experience in HR & Administration, your role will involve managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting administrative operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing recruitment and selection processes for factory-level and staff positions, tracking employee attendance and leave, maintaining employee records and databases, conducting onboarding processes, and providing compliance support for labor laws and statutory filings. Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling to ensure a conducive work environment. On the administration front, you will be tasked with overseeing office and plant administration, ensuring health and safety standards are met, coordinating with vendors for administrative requirements, and supporting HR & Admin audits and documentation. Your role will also require strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask with attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications. The ideal candidate for this position will hold an MBA in HR or MSW with HR specialization, possess 13 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing unit (preferably in pharma or related industries), and be willing to work in Kadechur, Yadagir (Karnataka) to support plant-level HR operations.
