Job Description

Job Summary

HR & Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor welfare, etc.).
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation laws.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resource Management
(MBA/PG in HR or Finance preferred).
Proven experience in HR and accounting roles (2–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of
HR practices, payroll, and labor laws
.
Good understanding of
accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, Tally/ERP, and HRMS tools
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
