Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Nile Hotel Management Company. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
