Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities across all departments, washrooms, and common areas.
Assign duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure timely cleaning of production areas, offices, canteen, and surroundings.
Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and request replenishment when required.
Inspect and ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Prepare daily cleanliness reports and submit to Admin/HR department.
Coordinate with maintenance and HR teams for any facility-related issues.
Train and guide housekeeping staff for effective cleaning procedures and safety compliance.
Ensure compliance with company’s safety and hygiene policies.
Handle absenteeism, staff discipline, and duty scheduling.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
1–3 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
