Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in assigned areas.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and common spaces, are clean and well maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and material usage.
• Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety measures.
• Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the concerned department.
• Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as required.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
• Handle customer or management complaints promptly and effectively.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on housekeeping activities and performance.
• Support management during audits and inspections related to cleanliness and safety compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
