Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Train and mentor new hires to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
