We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage the housekeeping team at Navi Mumbai International Airport. The role demands ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across passenger terminals, lounges, restrooms, and other airport facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience working in fast-paced environments, and a focus on maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness across terminals, lounges, restrooms, baggage claim areas, and other airport zones.
  
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules, with minimal disruption to airport operations.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently met.
  
• Ensure compliance with airport security protocols, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment specific to airport needs.
  
• Address and resolve any passenger or staff complaints related to housekeeping promptly and courteously.
  
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and maintenance issues.
  
• Train housekeeping staff on airport-specific cleaning procedures and safety standards.
  
• Collaborate with airport operations, security, and maintenance teams for seamless facility management.
  
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to airport safety and security policies among housekeeping staff.
