Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping - Guest Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to meet company standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or guest services.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
