Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Executive to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is essential.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve issues and improve processes.
