Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Chokhi Dhani 5, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
