Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at STORI by ITC Hotels, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with the front office team to handle guest complaints and requests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
