Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at The Leela Palace. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our establishment.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of quality.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities with a positive attitude.
