Job Description

We are looking for a skilled House Keeping - Service Leader to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve issues efficiently.
