Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Operations Management Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all hotel facilities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Freshers with a strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
