Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Elite Butlers, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel performance.
Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain high standards.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms and point-of-sale software.
