Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements. Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
