Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager, located in Vidisha. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and meeting sales targets. Duties will include coordinating food and beverage services, supervising front desk and receptionist tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additionally, the Hotel Manager will be tasked with staff management and training, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills Experience in Budgeting and Sales Knowledge of Food & Beverage management Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work on-site in Vidisha Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial Prior experience in hotel management is a plus
