Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional Hospitality Manager with 1+ year of experience in the hotel industry to oversee the overall guest experience, hotel operations, and service quality. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Accommodation and meals will be provided for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience & Services

• Ensure excellent guest services and satisfaction across all hotel touchpoints.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring service recovery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room readiness.
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, and other guest service teams.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational needs.
• Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and amenities.

Reporting & Quality Assurance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
