Role Overview:

Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for the Hospitality vertical.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard hotels, resorts, and hospitality partners.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-quality service standards.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to innovate services.
• Collaborate with other Tragard verticals for cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare the vertical for future spin-off as an independent entity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or travel & tourism.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Multilingual preferred but not mandatory).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building and scaling new ventures.
