Our spaces blend comfort, design, and storytelling — redefining modern hospitality. Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee guest experiences, operations, and property management across multiple Zenia & Chill stays. Responsibilities: Ensure seamless check-ins, guest satisfaction, and 5-star experiences Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property upkeep Coordinate with vendors and on-site staff Manage bookings, listings, and guest communication on Airbnb, MMT, etc. Handle complaints, emergencies, and daily reports Support events and brand shoots at the villas Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or serviced apartments Strong communication and people management skills Tech-savvy (Airbnb, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude Perks: Work directly with the founder Exposure to design-led hospitality & themed projects Growth opportunities within Zenia’s expanding portfolio Salary: Based on experience and performance
