About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced operations leader to run day-to-day management of a 100-bed hospital under Medico Hub’s network. You will own clinical and non-clinical operations, drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient and patient-centric care.Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hospital operations for a 100-bed facility—manage IP/OP, emergency, diagnostics, housekeeping, and cafeteria services to deliver consistent patient-centered care.
- Drive financial performance: prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, optimise revenue cycles (billing, collections), and deliver monthly P&L targets.
- Manage staffing lifecycle: recruit, train and retain clinical and non-clinical staff; ensure rosters meet patient-volume and skill-mix requirements.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness (NABH/NBE/state guidelines): implement SOPs, audits, incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Implement quality, safety and patient-experience programs: monitor KPIs, clinical outcomes, infection control and grievance resolution.
- Oversee supply chain & facility management: inventory controls, vendor contracts, maintenance, and capital procurement to ensure uninterrupted services.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medicine or equivalent; MBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Administration preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing hospital operations (minimum 2 years in a supervisory/GM role) preferably in 50–200 bed hospitals.
- Proven P&L ownership, budgeting and financial-control experience with measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards and accreditation processes (NABH familiar).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR), MS Office and KPI dashboards.
Preferred
- Experience in multi-specialty hospital settings and working knowledge of clinical workflows (IP/OP/OT/ICU).
- Exposure to revenue cycle optimisation, digital health initiatives and local community health outreach programs.
- Certification in quality/lean/six-sigma or healthcare quality management is an advantage.
