ob Title: Admission Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor Location: Pan India Compensation: Admission Sales Executive: Up to 6.5 LPA Admission Counsellor: Up to 4.5 LPA Notice Period: Less than 15 Days Preferred Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only About the Role: We are hiring Admission Sales Executives and Admission Counsellors who are passionate about education and career counselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, conducting counselling sessions, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students across India. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and the enrollment process. Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and persuasive communication. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for admissions. Maintain student data, interactions, and follow-up status in CRM tools. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Admission Sales Executive: 24 years in B2C or education sales. Admission Counsellor: 1–3 years in student counselling, telesales, or similar roles. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Language: Hindi & English fluency is mandatory. Regional language is a plus. Interview: Must be comfortable with face-to-face interviews (no virtual rounds). Others: Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 15 days’ notice will be given preference. Prior experience in EdTech / FinTech / Academic Sales is an added advantage.
