Min 3 Yrs. exp. total in international BPO as a TL 1 year on papers for US Healthcare or US Travel/International Travel/banking/insurance/ Voice or blended process
Any Diploma or Bachelor's /master's degree
Can speak German Language
Should be from international process
Excellent communication skillsComfortable for working in rotational shifts(Night)
