Role Description

The Team Leader will oversee and guide a motivated team within our Patna office, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing project workflows, monitoring team performance, and fostering an efficient and collaborative working environment. The role also involves coordinating between departments, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna, Bihar.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
Project management and organizational skills, with a focus on planning, task delegation, and deadline management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
