Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Banking Process to manage and lead a team in a BPO banking environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on banking process knowledge, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining quality and SLA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the banking process team
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve targets and KPIs
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and SLAs
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Banking BPO Process
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in Banking Process
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Excellent command of Hindi and English
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner or short notice period
• Experience handling inbound/outbound banking processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
