We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead and manage our Smart Bazaar stores across Punjab. The ideal candidate will drive store performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Lead daily store operations and manage a diverse team to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
Drive sales, profitability, and inventory management.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive work culture.
Monitor customer service and implement improvements for a seamless shopping experience.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in large-format retail, with significant grocery category experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel across stores in Punjab as required.
