Position Overview

Academic Advisors

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential students through phone, email, and online channels to provide academic guidance.
Understand each students goals and recommend appropriate
Digital Marketing programs
(including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and admissions targets.
Build strong relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing to offer relevant course recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years in telesales, academic counseling, inside sales, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and convert leads.
Confidence in addressing objections and guiding students toward informed decisions.
Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet KPIs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
