Role & responsibilities Scheduling & Calendar Management: Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings. Communication & Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence. Travel Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Administrative Tasks: Preparing reports, presentations, documents, and maintaining filing systems. Errand Running: Performing personal and household errands, such as shopping and managing bills. Event Coordination: Organizing and preparing for meetings, events, and other engagements.
