Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
Strong understanding of Campus Hiring, Headhunting, Interview Scheduling, Job Posting, Payroll Preparation, Sales Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, and Communication Skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
