What You'll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process for a variety of IT and non-IT roles.
• Sourcing: Get creative and use various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals, to find top candidates.
• Collaborating: Partner with our leadership team to understand their hiring needs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every candidate from start to finish.
• Reporting: Track your progress and provide updates to the leadership team.

What You Need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with a strong background in SaaS or software company hiring.
• Expertise in sourcing and a solid understanding of tech stacks.
• Experience using an ATS like Zoho Recruit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• You're proactive, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
