Hiring Specialist

You will be responsible for achieving the recruitment target assigned by liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and ensuring timely fulfillment. As part of your role, you will engage in headhunting activities by identifying specific profiles from target companies, establishing contact, and successfully hiring these profiles. Your duties will also involve sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals as needed. Additionally, you will be required to post job advertisements on relevant sites and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates. Maintaining organized databases with candidate information, conducting interviews using standardized screening techniques, assessing candidate skills, qualifications, and experience, and coordinating pre-interview assessments and management interviews will be crucial aspects of your job. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper onboarding for new hires, completing necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, negotiating terms of hire, and providing feedback to management on applicant details. Your role will also involve updating job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
