Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Farrukhnagar for a Hiring Recruiter for blue caller hiring. The Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily responsibilities include maintaining job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and building a robust talent pipeline. The role involves fostering relationships with candidates, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes tailored to business needs.Male and female both can apply for this Job.

Qualifications

Expertise in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems, and compliance policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Relevant experience in warehouse hiring recruitment, with exposure to global markets, is advantageous.
