Splicer & Helper

Job Description: You will be responsible for performing splicing, OTDR testing, optical fiber work, installation, termination, power meter measurements, and resolving signal issues & connections. As a splicer, your salary will range from 20,000 to 22,000 INR (Only NTH) while helpers will receive a salary between 12,000 to 15,000 INR (Only NTH). Team travel allowance of 2,000 to 3,000 per month is provided within a fixed 50 km radius. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for this role. The job type is full-time. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber splicing is required.
