Splicer Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Only NTH)
Team Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per month (fixed 50Km radius)
Helper Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Only NTH)
