Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Recruiter, located in Gurugram. The Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process end-to-end. The Recruiter will also be involved in crafting job descriptions, screening applications, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.

• Sourcing, Attracting Candidates, and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in Conducting Interviews and Screening Applicants
• Managing End-to-End Hiring Processes and Onboarding
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Understand Hiring Needs
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Experience in using HR Software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
