Job Description

Key Account Manager Alternate Channels

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of key accounts from

onboarding to execution.

Products : Generic Medicines

Based at : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts including large pharmacy chains and online platforms.
Lead the complete partner journey from onboarding, product listing, and commercials to display planning, order fulfillment, and sales tracking.
Ensure consistent sales growth by coordinating with internal teams for stock availability, timely delivery, and performance improvement.
Drive online and offline visibility through strategic campaigns, shelf planning, promotions, and collaborations with partner teams.
Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement joint business plans to maximize partner potential.
Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
Handle contracts, pricing agreements, PO management, and all account-level documentation.
Stay updated on category trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities within the alternate channel ecosystem.

Required Candidate profile

3- 6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or retail, with at least 12

years in key account or modern trade/e-commerce management.

Prior experience managing large pharmacy chains, e-pharmacies, or alternate healthcare

channels is preferred.

Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Comfort with data, metrics, and performance tracking
