Customer Support Executives / Technical Support Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, or emails.
  • Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer experience and maintain call quality standards.
  • Meet process targets and adhere to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience:

    0-5 years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
  • Skills:

    • Excellent spoken and written English communication
    • Good listening & problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
