Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-Time

(graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025 also)

Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

Compensation:

Experienced: upto

25,000 Take Home + Incentives
Fresher: upto

18,000 Take Home + Incentives

(recent 2025 graduate also eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Identify & attract top talent

Screening: Evaluate & shortlist qualified candidates

Coordination: Schedule interviews & manage communication

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on hiring trends & job market

Documentation: Maintain records for analysis & insight

Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Create and publish job postings to attract quality talent.
Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Graduation is mandatory
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Recent graduate from (2023,2024,2025) are preferred
