Dear Candidate,

We are having Walkin Interview on 21st July 2025 (MONDAY)

Role & responsibilities

  • Employer Service Helpdesk (Helpdesk Operator)
  • Resolve Queries through Software/tools (Attend calls)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduates (Any stream)
  • Fresher with good communication skills

    (AK)

    (good spoken English is mandatory)
  • Individuals with 6 months experience in customer service will be considered for the requirement.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

- 6.30am -3.30am

- 9.30an -6.30pm

- 12.30pm -9.30pm (Dinner will be provided)

- 9.30pm 6.30am (Dinner will be provided)

Shift timing will be fixed for 1 month

Office Location - Goregaon (Mumbai)

Week Offs

Shift and Week off would remain constant for 1 month
