  • Provide accurate information regarding CIBIL reports and related services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.
  • Follow compliance and company policies during every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate (Mandatory).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months of experience in the

    banking sector

    Up to 35 years.

Compensation:

  • Salary:

    25,000 (In-hand)
  • CTC:
