Job Description

• Closely monitoring daily productivity against the defined Service Level standards.
• Develop a continuous learning process for the team.
• Work closely with all support function teams.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner across functions and suggest alternative approach. •
• Ensure working practices are well defined and operational with minimal disruption to improve efficiency
• Perform regular audit checks on client defined compliance requirements.
• Coach monitors Team leads in day to day operations & people handling.
• Analyse and generate reports for team performance on processes.
• Actively participate in recruitment and retention activities.
• 100% Work from office.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a can-do” attitude. •
• Excellent team-building, collaboration, and facilitation skills with time management / data management skills
• Proven experience of managing change and initiating improvements, maintaining KPIs.
• Proven ability to spot and solve problems in a proactive way.
• Displays enthusiasm and drive for achieving high standards.
• Ability to remain calm in a pressurised time sensitive situation.
• Must support/mirror working hours for the supported business area

Qualifications

• Prior Experience of Managing an International Customer Service team for 3+ years is a must.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly Excel.
