HR Connect-Ms.Aditi Anand +91 7965081735 (11am-5pm) Key Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned. Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within designated campaigns. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify suitable health insurance products, services, and solutions for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Establish and nurture relationships with bank and branch managers to generate new leads and sales. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and organization in all client interactions. Handle rejections and challenging client situations with grace and maturity. Key Requirements- Bachelor's Degree (any stream) Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a minimum of 3-6 months in health insurance sales preferred. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent sales, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi. Salary: 20k to 32k per month Additional Notes: This is a full-time position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus.
