HEOR Specialist, Value Communication,
to join our Global HEOR team, and be based in
AGS, Bengaluru
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about translating complex health economics and outcomes research into compelling, scientifically rigorous, and visually impactful materials. The ideal candidate will also serve as project manager for the global HEOR function, supporting tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives.
What you will do:
- Value Communication & Scientific Content Development
- Develop and edit high-quality HEOR deliverables including:
- Global value dossiers and value briefs
- Scientific abstracts for congress submissions
- Manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
- Slide decks for internal and external presentations
- Infographics, summaries, and other scientific communication tools
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual appeal across all HEOR materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, R&D) to align messaging and scientific narratives
- Project Management & Operational Support
- Serve as the central coordinator for global HEOR projects
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Support reporting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate team meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
- Scientific & Technical Support
- Apply strong editing and publishing skills to refine and elevate HEOR content
- Contribute to the development of recognizable and differentiated HEOR work products
- Basic budget impact modeling and cost calculations (preferred but not required)
What you will bring to the table:
- Master’s degree or higher in Health Economics, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HEOR, medical writing, or scientific communications
- Proven experience in developing value communication materials for global audiences
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and scientific publishing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Experience working in MedTech, Pharma, or related healthcare sectors is required
- Familiarity with budget impact modeling and basic health economic calculations is a plus
