Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently within a diverse global team.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
Record, update, and escalate support issues to the next level in a timely manner.
Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
Collaborate with internal IT Teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
Engage in discovering new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT Team.
Suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently within a diverse global team.
Knowledge of IT software and hardware troubleshooting (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft Environment).
Familiarity with First Level Support for Business applications such as Oracle, Workday, BI, Agile, etc., and Desktop Support.
Knowledge of ITIL Concepts and Processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, etc.
