To serve as the first point of contact for drivers and internal teams by resolving service-related
queries, coordinating support requests and ensuring seamless communication for tyre services
and mobility operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the first point of contact for calls and service requests.
• Log service complaints and support tickets in the system accurately.
• Coordinate with the HUB team for timely service delivery.
• Track and follow up on breakdown service requests.
• Update the team regarding job status and expected resolution time.
• Maintain daily service logs, job sheets and customer interaction records.
• Escalate unresolved or delayed issues to the concerned department.
• Assist with documentation. Billing queries and service-related data entry.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response and issue resolution.
• Support periodic reporting on service performance and customer complaints.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of customer service/helpdesk experience.
• Preferably from tyre, automotive, logistics or service coordination background.
• Basic understanding of tyre services.
• Good communication, call-handling and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in basic MS Office usage
