Job Description

You are looking for a Help Desk Executive role at a company that provides technical and operational support to customers and field engineers using POS (swiping) machines. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for customers and field staff regarding POS/swiping machine-related issues. - Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to log customer complaints or queries. - Troubleshooting basic technical issues like connectivity, printing, transaction errors, and device setup. - Guiding customers through configuration steps and software updates. - Coordinating with field service engineers for on-site support when required. You should have knowledge of terminal configuration and application installation, as well as familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools. The company offers a work schedule of 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The salary ranges from 18,000 to 22,000 per month.,
