Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Helpdesk Management.
  • Handle all calls of client / users.
  • Log in help desk calls on to Yardi with clear details and resolve.
  • Responding to email from customers.
  • Record complaints and inform about the complaint to concerned C&W representative.
  • Managing meeting room booking.
  • Understand user requirement completely.
  • Check for availability of Meeting / Training room with required facilities.
  • Final confirmation to the user addressing all his requirements.
  • Co-ordinate for additional requests like food arrangement / VC / Projector etc.
  • Inventory management.
  • Maintain stock registers clearly for stationary & medicines.
  • Update stock registers day to day.
  • Raise reorders at reorder levels.
  • Records / reports management.
  • Update records day to day basis.
  • Raise report on 1st day of the period.
  • Present reports during services review meetings.
