Job Description

We are hiring for India's 1st Legal Tech company for Help desk Executive.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Role & responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and chat support.
Allocate leads to the respective teams in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage and update communication records in the system.
Provide quick and effective responses to customer queries with a high level of professionalism.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and customers.
Maintain SLA timelines for query resolution and lead allocation.
Generate and share daily/weekly reports on help desk activities.

Key Skills:

Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Having experience of 2 to 5 Years in query resolutions.
Strong customer handling skills with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work fast with computers, CRM tools, and technology platforms.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
