Job Description

Score Dr is hiring a Helpdesk Executive who will also handle basic social media posting and manage customer queries and provide day-to-day support to clients and internal teams for the company. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails Respond to client queries in a professional manner Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams Post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Upload posts, captions, and creatives as per schedule Share reports and update status to seniors Required SkillsGood communication skills (English & local language) Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp) Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Ability to post content and follow instructions Customer-support mindset Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
