Job Description

As a Helpdesk Executive, your role involves providing excellent customer support to clients seeking information about studying abroad and immigration. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the application process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking information about studying abroad and immigration. - Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. - Arranging a call back from concerned advisors for resolving detailed queries of clients. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate arrangements of call back to customers. - Identifying and resolving client concerns, issues, or discrepancies promptly and effectively. - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping clients informed of the resolution process. - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. - Updating and managing client profiles in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Working closely with the admissions team, visa consultants, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and client support. - Providing feedback on common client issues to improve overall service quality. - Proactively addressing potential issues or concerns to enhance the overall client experience. - Staying updated on changes in immigration policies, study programs, and other relevant information to provide accurate and current information to clients. - Dealing with the concerns of previous staff and handing over those cases to the concerned person. You should be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records. As a full-time Helpdesk Executive, you are required to have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Fluency in English is essential for this role. Please note that the work location is in person at Thrissur, Kerala. You should be reliable in commuting or willing to relocate before starting work.,
